Terms and Conditions

These terms cover using this website. Actual project work is governed by whatever we agree in writing for that project — a proposal, a quote, or a signed agreement — and that document wins wherever it differs from this page.

Using this site

You are welcome to read it, share links to it, quote it with attribution, and use the contact form to get in touch. In return, please do not:

• Copy substantial content and republish it as your own
• Scrape it in bulk or hammer it with automated requests
• Use the contact form for spam, solicitation, or anything unlawful
• Try to break, probe, or gain unauthorised access to it or its hosting
• Reuse the design, code, or images for another site

Who owns what

The text, design, code, photographs, and the Boxer Media name and logo on this site belong to Boxer Media Services Corp. Client names, logos, and screenshots of their sites belong to those businesses and appear here as examples of work delivered.

On client projects, ownership is straightforward and worth stating plainly: when a project is paid for, the client owns their site — the code, the content written for them, and the domain. I do not hold anyone's site hostage, and I do not lock work to a platform only I can access. Anything licensed from a third party, such as a stock photograph or a paid plugin, carries whatever licence that third party grants.

Contacting me

Sending the contact form does not create an engagement, a retainer, or an obligation on either side. It starts a conversation. Work begins when scope and price are agreed in writing.

Please do not send confidential material through the form. Use it to describe the situation, and we can move to a more appropriate channel once we're talking.

How work is generally taken on

The detail lives in each project's own agreement, but the shape is consistent:

• Scope in writing. Page count, what content is included, and what is not, before anything starts.
• Deposit up front, balance on completion, unless agreed otherwise.
• Monthly packages are ongoing and billed monthly. Change tiers or stop when the business changes. Nothing is a long lock-in.
• You supply the raw material — business information, photographs, approvals — and timelines assume it arrives.
• Content you provide is yours to provide. If you hand me text or images, you are confirming you have the right to use them.

Prices

Figures published here are starting points and can change. A quote given for a specific project holds for the period stated in that quote.

Liability

This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Boxer Media Services Corp is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third-party services

This site relies on outside providers including Cloudflare for hosting, Google for analytics, Elfsight for the reviews display, and SMTP2GO for email delivery. Their own terms and privacy policies govern what they do, and I cannot control their availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top of this page shows when they last did. Terms in a signed project agreement are not changed by anything published here.
